12P - Stripped BB threads

Symptoms

Reasons 

Usually not the manufacturing issue.  

It could be the customer not aligning the BB cup during installation/  
Customer does not put enough spacer in between the BB cup and thread all the way to seize the thread. It should be repaired but not replaced as it is usually installation error.   

Checklist

1. Ensure the thread is not made by human cause, e.g. cut, crush, etc. 
2. Do the replacement

Solution

Ship it to the dealer to retap

Ship back to Hong Kong to retap.  

Replace the PHE005, Photon Body.
