15P - The motor runs without input (Drafted) 

Symptoms

 Throttle and Pins bent (wire harness)

Reasons 

1. Physical Damage from the throttle or wiring harness
2. Faulty Throttle
3. Faulty Torque Sensor

Checklist

1. Firmware is up to date

2. Physical Damage from the throttle or wiring harness

Troubleshoot

1.  Please turn off the throttle control and Pedal Assist in the App

2. Turn on either Throttle Control or Pedal Assist and check which will run the motor. 

3. Screen Record the voltage change on the app when the Throttle Control / Pedal Assist is on for the evidence. 

Solution

1. Replace the Throttle if the motor runs itself when the throttle control is on.

2. Replace the Torque Sensor if the motor runs itself when Pedal Assist is on.
