X1 Pro Gen 4: Loose freewheel

Symptoms

The sprocket can be moved when put some pressure on the side. 

Reasons

• Loose in the lock ring on the spindle

Checklist

1. Ensure the lock ring on the spindle is tightened. 

Troubleshoot

Tight the lock ring on the spindle. 

if the issue persists, it may caused by damage to the freewheel assembly. 

Solution

Replace the freewheel assembly.
