Reason

One of the electric components caused the short circuits 


Solution

Replace all the electric components at the same time

We would like to request a complete replacement of all electric components including the controller, with the wiring harness, throttle, display, speed sensor, Freewheel & Torque Sensor Assembly, and any applicable brake sensor.

Please provide us with the available options for each component and we will prepare the RMA accordingly. 
e.g. 1T2 wiring harness, thumb throttle, SW102 Display, Freewheel & Torque Sensor Assembly, and brake sensor(if any)

Ensure that all the components are replaced at the same time. 
Keep aside all the original components before to prevent any potential short circuits caused by faulty parts.
