Photon: Sprag Clutch Troubleshooting

Symptoms

• Motor turning but no drive
• Slipping on the chainring

Reasons

Sprag clutch had failed or is damaged

Checklist

• Get video of the issue
• Open the motor from the controller end: <video to remove motor>
• Remove the first stage gear
• Remove the sprag clutch from the gear assembly
• Check parts for damage and replace accordingly
