X1 Pro Gen 4: 11T Sprocket Disassembly Guide

Overview

Follow this guide to safely remove and reinstall the 11T sprocket on the Gen 4 drivetrain.

Tools Needed

• C-clip pliers
• Bearing puller (if sprocket is tight)
• Clean cloth

Step 1: Remove the Sprocket

Use C-clip pliers to remove the snap ring securing the sprocket.

Slide the 11T sprocket off the shaft.

• If tight, use a bearing puller to remove it.

Step 2: Take Note of Key Parts

• Observe the position of the bearing sleeve.
  • ⚠️ Incorrect placement will cause malfunction.
• Do not lose the metal key in the shaft—it secures the sprocket.
