06PG2 - Photon Gen 2: PAS not working

Solution 

Please check the following: 

1. Is there a Cadence RPM reading on the CYC Ride Control app? If yes, is it accurate or is it clearly inaccurate? 
2. Is there a Human Input reading on the app?  
3. Attempt a Torque Sensor Calibration:
4. 1. Open The CYC Ride Control App. 
   2. Go to Settings/Pedal Assist and scroll down to Torque Sensor Calibration
   3. Start the Torque Sensor Calibration
   4. 1. You will need a password listed below for the update action.
      2. Password: 32531
5. Check steps 1 & 2 again. 

If the Human Input reading remains 0 then the issue is with the torque sensor.

If the Cadence RPM is still getting a reading even though it's not accurate, it means that there is still a communication signal from the controller. In this case, the TS (torque sensor) needs to be replaced.  

If the Cadence RPM reading is 0, look for other signs of controller failure.
