Display Firmware Update by PC for SW102 & DS103

1. Please download the diver app for the Cable and install it onto your computer.

2. Please download and run TPService on your computer.

TP Service:

3. Once you have TPService running, input the display programming wire provided by CYC and select the extra COM option from the dropdown menu as shown below. You may need to try various COM ports if multiple are available for selection.  

4. Please connect the display and battery with the display programming wire and select the correct product (SW102, DS103) 

5. Download the correct display firmware from the directory below and upload the file via the update tab on TPService

​*Please ensure that the file is in .bin format*

6. Power on the display and press connect on TPService.

7. Click Update and once done Power Off display.

8. Allow Update to run until complete.

9. Disconnect and Power on Display the firmware is now updated.
